Welcome to the UK Professional Network ("the Network"). These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using the Network, you agree to be bound by these terms.

The UK Professional Network is a referral and connection platform. We connect clients with independent professional service providers. The Network does not provide professional services directly.
All engagements are between the client and the appointed professional. The Network acts solely as an intermediary for introductions and is not party to any service agreements between clients and professionals.
3. Liability
The UK Professional Network accepts no liability for services provided by independent professionals on the platform. Each professional maintains their own professional indemnity insurance and is responsible for the quality and compliance of their services.
While we conduct thorough verification of professionals joining the Network, we do not guarantee specific outcomes from any engagement.
4. Professional Standards
All professionals on the Network must:
- Maintain current professional qualifications and registrations
- Hold appropriate professional indemnity insurance
- Comply with all relevant regulatory requirements
- Adhere to their professional body's code of conduct
- Provide services with reasonable care and skill
5. Regulated Services
Services that are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or other regulatory bodies are performed only by appropriately authorised firms. The Network verifies regulatory status as part of the professional verification process.
6. Data Protection

7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Network for any user or professional who violates these terms or engages in conduct we deem inappropriate or harmful to the Network or its users.
